Default Road Noise-not tires?

Hey guys- I have a 1998 4.6 RR and I'm having some road noise, most noticable at 70MPH. It sounds like the tires are out of balance. I just replaced all 4 tires and the noise is still there. Any ideas on other things that could be making this humming noise? Thanks in advance.

How loud is the noise? Is it more of a hum? Or constant rattling hum?

Does the truck vibrate at that speed and at the time of the noise?

It could be tires out of balance, or bad U-joints, or worn gears.

My aunt's Grand Cherokee has a hum that starts from a stop, and found out that it was the front gears in the front diff that were worn, and without any fluid.
