I just purchased a 2000 and took it to the shop to have it inspected(which it passed) and while in I had the oil changed and it tuned up. Only problem is now the "servive engine soon" light is on-how can I reset it?
Thanks |

Take it back to the dealer, they should check it for you with a scanner. It is telling you there is a fault code stored not that it needs service. It may have been caused by something they did or it may be unrelated.

See my posts here. SERVICE ENGINE and CHECK ENGINE have different meanings and are cleared in different ways. |
