Default Shock Absorber Mounts P38

Hi All,

Im new to this site so hopefully you can assist and in return and should given the list of issues ive had be able to contibute to helping somebody in the future!I had shocks recently replaced on my p38 turned out the shock on drivers side was fully tightened but didnt retain shock tightly enough in lower mount as i was able to twist shock with my hand.Thinking this was the shock I had a replacement fitted and back to the same issue.I can feel shock moving over ramps and at 60 mph get a tapping under floorplan but now starting to notice this at slower speeds too.Is it possible that the shock mount is worn in some way?If so can these be replaced or fixed? Thanks all in advance. Its really annoying at this point and the Rangie doesnt ride well at all.

Thanks
