T-Connector 1999 road ranger - Land Rovers Only

There all new to me!! Looking at a 1999 road ranger, had reciever hitch but did not see the trailer light pigtale , is it maybe not there , that would be hard to believe.

Hard to believe, but that is exactly what I found on my 97. Hitch but no wiring. Go figure!
