Default uncommon EAS fault, doesn't go down, but up by itself

uncommon EAS fault, doesn't go down, but up by itself

hi

i have a hard time getting my RR into the crawl mode
it takes serveral minutes to go down - last couple of weeks it won't lower at all

Instead it started going UP by itself!
locking in on highway mode helped for a while, but shortly she doesn't care about my comands ;-)

There are no Errors in the ECU
i had the dryer changed - still no luck

I have no error message in the display - only the top lamp within the driver control switch is blinking.

Depending on what level is chosen, the corresponding lamp is also blinking.
Like telling: wanted level is not reached - sometimes going into high profile

any advise is welcome

thanks

Hi max,

This issue is often due to a bad height sensor.

Have it checked with T4 or multimeter

Cheers
