Default Water in driver footwell

Firstly I do not understand how come water gets in a 55 plate range rover sport supercharged.

I am living in London and as most of you know, we get heavy rains (like waterfalls). I have RR Sport SC and I am having problems with water leaking in. Problem area is the driver side footwell (where the gas and brake pedal is). Last month when we got a heavy rain I basically took out water using buckets (sorry I think this is to big, i used my hand to take out water). I thought it is the area between the windscreen and the door (i dont know what it is called) as one of the part there was loose. I sealed this are completely for the last one month top side of the driver footwell is completely dry. Top and door side of the footwell is completely dry so I think water is not coming from the door area or the area between the door and windscreen. Wet area is the gear stick side. I do not know where the water comes from and I do not know how to strip the interior out. Could anyone please guide me on what to do, suggest possible problems or how to strip out the interior on driver side. By the way water is generally under the interior (clothing) unless we get very heavy rain. I am going crazy at it smells bad and i cannot find a solution.

I took it to RR and they said just to do diagnostic they will charge me £250+ which does not include anything. However I asked couple of people they said generally RR Sports get water from the dashboard area from the coolent or air condition. I do not know what to do, HELP!!!!

Thank you everyone in advance
