What is this P38 Worth?

Some of you may have seen me post in the Discovery Forum. My girlfriend is convinced she wants an '04 Disco, but I kind of like the Range Rovers. I found a P38, I like an awful lot! It is a 2002 HSE with 57,000 miles. Bonatti Grey with light grey interior. Original equipment all around. Has roof racks, front brush guard with two BOSCH off road lights, running boards, and tail light guards. It looks to be in great condition and the seller says that it has been "exceptionally maintained" although I haven't seen the records myself. They are asking $12,900. Yay or nay? What do these go for? Thanks in advance!

'01 & '02 are the best of the P38s, but post 99 1/2 is imperative. Even at that, private transactions for the last of them are only in the 7-8 range. You must be looking at one on a dealers lot. They still try for the moon.
