To fit 32" tires with no rubbing at all, I think you would need at least 2" Spacers. If you go for less than 2" I think you'll rub when turning into dipped driveways or on full lock turns.

With 18" Rims your tire choices are much more limited, You could probably get away with 265/60/18's
