Default 1999 Disco II AC Blower not working

I have a 99 rover disco II. The ac blower moter has stopped working. You can feel heat or ac with the vent open and the rover is moving. I have changed out the blower motor and the relays and still nothing you can hear the relays turning on and off when you turn it off and on. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you are getting power to the motor? Have you checked fuse 31, a 10 amp fuse, to make sure it is good.
If no power to the motor after checking the fuse also then I would say you have a bad control head.

My blower motors have stopped working to. Upon trouble shooting I have found there is not enough voltage from the engind compartment 140 amp fuseable link to the passenger side compartment panel fuses 6 and 7. I took the fuse panel out and ohmed the panel from the power supply input link to the fuses and found it wont ohm. I am only getting 7 volts. Also only volts to the motors. I am gonna try to find another used fuse panel and try swapping them put.

You may need to remove and clean the fuse block contacts. Hopefully when removing the fuse block, you don't find it has started to melt down.

No it wasnt melted down. Quite frankly it looked brand new. I didnt see any corrosion or resistance. But it wouldnt ohm from the input to the output. I am not gonna pay 300 or 400 for another for just one small problem. So I am going to bypass the fuse panel. I feel i can remedy it for about 50 bucks. Next off day I will tackle it.

You can take the power wire (brown with pink stripe) and cut it lose from the connector. Then cut the yellow wirre with green stripe (for rear air) and the the brown wire with red stripe (on the left side of the fuse box), not the right side. there are two brown wires with red stripes, one for the front blower and one for the auxillary header. you can ohm it out to find the correct one. Then just connect the three with a fuseable link. Quick fix for nine bucks.
