Default 2001 disco 2 driver seat dead so is the heater

have a 2001 disco 2 and the driver seat is dead. it wont move forward or back and the heater does not work. the passenger side moves fine but that seats heater no longer works either. anyone have any ideas ? i went over the basics of checking the fuses and they are fine. i could not find a specific fuese for the seats in the fuse box.

thanks for the response. no blown fuses but i was able to bring the driver seat back to life after pulling all the electrical connectors then re seating them. i did check for any chaffed wires but i did not find any. i hardly ever drive the truck its my wife's, i just get to maintain it for her at my shop. do the heated seats come on when the key is in the ignition or does the truck have to be running?
