Default 8MM Magnecor wires

I'm replacing the ignitions wires on my D2 2001. when placing the order they wanted to know is the engine was and HEI or noneHEI, also they were asking the angle for boot 90 degrees or 115 degree, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run from that place! Magnacore wires aren't what they used to be due to using different connectors now. Order wires from Kingsbourne, or get wires from anywhere that sells Standard Ignition brand. If a retailer is asking if the truck is High Energy Ignition or not they probably don't have a clue.

You can buy the proper Magnacor wires on the LRRF, slick on their store and Tony has them by vehicle, in your case, Disco with no other questions.
The other good options are the 8 mm STI wires sold on British Parts of Utah. These wires use the Rover style connector that fits real well on our coils and cost $70.
I personally have an 8 year old set om 8 mm Magnacor wires and won't switch cause I have never had a problem with them.

Try these, Kingsborne Wire Werks Inc - Spark plug wires, Automotive, RV, Motorcycle, Marine, Racing, Industry, they will actually fit. 8mm, better wire and better price then Magnecore.

Really? I'm a newb so humor me...I'm sure this is posted several other times (haven't searched! sorry, go ahead and get the stoning over with!)...but does anybody else use the Kingsborne wires? It just seems crazy that they're almost 1/3 of the price as the Manecors...

TIA (sans the stoning)

I've recently installed some Kingsbourne 8mm blues in my Disco. Since the install and the Bosh Plantinum +4 plugs, I've noticed quit a bit of low end power and not to mention a little better gas milage! These wires are very high quality, once you get them you'll see what I'm talking about!

A nice thing about them is, they already come numbered at one end of the wire.

Ok you convinced me... Just wanted another little nudge. You have the identical D2 that I do btw, sans the running boards, which I plan on installing soon. Beautiful...the hurricane's really make it.

I've got Kingsbourne in both of my 99D2's. Top quality, great price.
