I’ve never owned a Discovery before and need some advice.
Last winter my wife and I had been travelling on the motorway for about two hours doing around 85-90mph when we started to feel cold, I turned the heater up to maximum and could not get enough warm air to fully heat up the cab it felt warm but not hot. I took it back to my dealer who tested it and couldn’t find any fault. I’ve not had a problem with it since and the heater is unbearably hot when I turn it up to full now. Could it have been the rush of cold air blowing into the engine compartment and cooling down the heater element, I’ve not driven at that speed since and the heater has been fine. |

mine did the same thing after i changed a hose. i had to park nose up on a steep hill and gun the engine a few times till the gurgling stopped then topped off the system. the rpm's didn't matter it was cold air until the system was burped.
