put the jackstands on the frame, and the jack on the axle and lower and raise accordingly. if you are using a regular install you can buy the springs from anywhere but buy the four bolts and spring plates from the dealer. those bolts that come with them are self tapping and a little oil and you are fine. or you could just buy a tap for it. I believe they are ten mm with a 1.5 mm thread pitch.
