Don't know right off hand about the compressor, but Mike had recently posted a link to a supplier for the bags.

I didn't need a compressor but i did replace the bags on mine with as set from Arnott Industries.....excellent price/ great shipping and best of all "warrantied for life"....look them up!!!

Is your truck set up with SLS or are you wanting to convert from coils to air?
Arnott is by far the best supplier of Bags, and Roverlandparts.com has good used pumps. Do you already have the rest of the parts needed?
