Brake Lights Constantly On - Land Rovers Only

A friend just pointed out to me that my brake lights in my '04 Disco II are constantly on. I checked it out and sure enough they are. Anyone know what it is/how to fix it? Nearest dealership is pretty far and I don't want to trek down there if there's an easy fix...

Is the third brake light on also......or are the rear fog lamps on?
