Buying 02 Disco - Land Rovers Only

I am looking at an 02 Disco II SE With 45,000 miles.
Is there anything with the 02's that I should look for? The thing has been serviced by a Land Rover dealer. I am having it looked at by a dealer and they are checking all the things that a Certified check would check.
Can anyone give me any pointers??? I am From PA and it looks like the Rover is originally from CT. I don't see much rust if any except near the rear bumper...nothing too, too bad at all.

Can anyone tell me what an 02 Rover SE with 45,000 is worth to them.?
