P0171 and P0174 are lean for each bank of cylinders. No idea what the other one is. I used CRC Mass Airflow Cleaner from Pep Boys on my MAF and it seemed to solve the codes I was getting (for now anyway).

A couple of questions for you will help us help you.
What year is it, how many miles on it, what kind of air filter do you use paper or K&N type, how often do you change the air filter?
Get back to me.

Get two new front 02 sensors and get rid of that K&N and go back to a good paper filter. The oil is said to ruin the MAFS. Then consider new wires and plugs to address the misfire codes you probably have as well. Get good 8mm wires like:
IGN 790 Kingsborne Spark Plug Wires Ignition Wire Set - Kingsborne Ignition Spark Plug Wires Sets made in the USA
and a good set of plugs. It's time for some routine maintenance.

I ran one for years and thought it made a difference...in the long run I didn't notice any power gain like they say and it may allow more dirt and debri in as it allows more air..my MAFS died and it was blamed on the K&N filter. I threw it away, paper ones from here on out...

Who is every one? They allow way more dirt thru the engine then any paper filter and the oil from the K&N will eventually kill your MAF.
That being said, install a factory air filter if you can get one, they are much better then ones from the auto parts stores, clear your codes and hope they go away, if not a new MAF along with a set of 02's will be in order.
