It's no secret among my friends that I dislike vehicle clutter, too many names, badges, plastic trim and the like. Too that end, if I like a vehicle enough to keep it around a few years, I will "de-clutter" the crap out of it.
Yesterday, I decided the front of the truck looked cluttered, I removed the "LAND ROVER" letters, refinished the front fascia of the hood and polished up the small land rover oval, that in my opinion is enough of a identifier. Moved to the rear, decided there is WAY too much clutter there as well removed all signage but the V8 which was painted matte black. I have color sanded the front from the doors forward, will do the back today, I aim to install the matte black decal on the hood center, and find a Union Jack for the roof and call it done for now. Stay Safe.
