More info is required. What exactly is happening when you fuel up?

Default Air-Lock

I am unable to fill the fuel tank automaticly due to back pressure in the tank.

This can happen sometimes at different service stations where the petrol pump puts out more fuel per minute than at others. If this problem is not intermittant, my guess is there is a restriction in the air vent hose that goes from the filler to the fuel tank. Hope this helps.

I just read somewhere (can't remember which thread on which forum ), that someone had success in dumping fuel system cleaner down the little over flow hole (near the main filler inlet).

According to the post, there is some sort of check valve in there that can get stuck.

Peace,

Dan

Edit: Oh yea, this is where I saw it: http://www.discoweb.org/forums/showt...ight=fuel+shut
