Default Disco Guru's HELP!3 amigos !!!

hey guys im having the 3 amigo problems on my 04 disco and ive searched and searched and tried everything and i cant get them away!!!ive tried the following:
checked voltage at slabs ecu for each wss
shuttle valve repair kit
used modulator
another slabs unit from roverlandparts.com
flushed brakes
Thier not staying on all the time but keep comming on and its throwing codes for: modulator, module and short at one of the sensors!
any help is awesome guys!!!!
Edit: just got the codes from the shop:
pump failure 1
pump failure 3
shuttle valve switch

Looks like you're into a new modulator assembly if you have done all the other options you say you have.

im going to put some brake queit on the pads, rebleed the system and put the modulator on i bought used

just got done putting some brake queit on the front brakes and rebleeding the system, still on. However i took it out in the snow and slammed the brakes and no abs pulsation at the pedel at all, would the abs not activate in the snow?

Sounds like you need to crack open the modulator and do Josh's repair, then get the codes reset and see if that will be the cure.
