Default Disco II cutting out failing on acceleration

Help!!

Stopped and got gas at a crappy looking Citgo. 3 MILES LATER the car jerks, loses power and stalls out at 30 MPH. SES light comes on. I pull over, turn it off and start engine back up. The SES light dissapeared. I drive it 1 mile to Discount Auto. Codes shown are a MAF fault and some kind of fuel circut fault.

MAF is was replaced in May 29th 2009. This is the MAF:

Maf - Auto Parts Warehouse

It's MADE IN CHINA.

I dumped a can of seafoam in it and drove the car at 80MPH to get home. It starts cutting out. Dying and coming back (with the diffs slapping). Hope I did not cause any damage but I had to get home.

So is this bad gas , a bad MAF , or somthing else?

The mechanic that changed my oil overfilled it but that was 2 months ago and the oil in the big black air hose is clear - not dark.

Maybe the throttle is gunked up with carbon and needs to be cleaned out?

It's night-time and the photos were taken in the dark but in the first photo you can see the oil is above the FULL line (it was higher as it was changed 2,500 miles ago)

The second photo you can see were a screw is missing from that metal housing thing under the car located NNE of the oil filter.

The other photo shows the oil inside the Black MAF hose. It's CLEAR like mineral oil.
