Default disconnecting battery

I plan on disconnecting my battery to remove the radiator. Does anyone
know if i am going to have trouble with the radio or alarm system when i
reconnect. I bought the LR used so i dont have any radio codes.

Thanks, Mike

If you dont have that radio code...you will LIKELY need it. Swing into the dealer, explain the problem, and see if they will hook you up with the code. Alternately, you can junk that factory stereo and buy a nice one on the cheap from Crutchfield: LCD TV, Car Audio, Home Theater, Speakers, Plasma TV I hope this helps!

You may need the radio code, usually on D2's you won't though. You will need to reprogram the a/c temp system, no big deal.

I changed my battery and didnt have to put in the code.

You can call the dealer and give them the VIN. They should be able to provide you with the code. You wont likely need it, but I'd have it in any case. Its good info to know.

I told my wife if the Land Rover goes, so do I. That shut her up.
