Default U-Joints

The up grade come in that one some aftermarket u-joints are better then factory but mainly the fact that factory u-joints can't be lubed hence they fail. New upgraded u_joint have grease jerks on the so you can lube then every 10,000 or 15,000 miles.

Default Ouch

Wow I have a 2004 that I just purchased, and it vibrates a little on hard acceleration too. I have to get it in, but with only 25k miles isn't that kinda early for something like a drive shaft problem?

I just purchased an 02 Disco with 31k miles. would the U joint uprgade eliminate future problems or is the stock shaft the problem?

so i run the car for 30 mph then i take off my foot from the pedal immediately, then step on the pedal again immediately about 1/4 of it, then there's this sound like something collides from front under.

hmm....maybe its your clutch engaging? I know when I go up some hills my disco gets confused which gear it should be in and sometimes downshifts and upshifts again and makes a rough hault and go bump (or more like jarring ram). Not sure if this is your issue, how load is your noise???
