Discovery Td5 Puzzle - Land Rovers Only

Hi All from South Africa !!!

Quick question on the Disco 2 Td5 ( Not sure if you have this model in the States

)

This is what has happened -

On sunday the LBB ( Little Black Box - warning device ) screamed at me and i pulled over immediately - coolant loss - remnants of coolant all over top of reservoir ! Topped up with water from water tanks and drove home slowly checking every few kilometers. First reaction was it looked like it leaked out of radiator cap so went off to buy a new one - was fine for a while and then did the coolant dump again ?!?!?!?!

Just had it at Silverton Radiator Centre for a pressure test - all normal !
Test for CO2 in coolant - nil !
Temperature Gauge does not move at all - it is in normal temperature position !

They were puzzled too - any ideas ?!?!?!

check the hoses. i know its not a land rover, but my ford was leaking out of the bypass hose, right onto the fan, which sprayed it everywhere in the engine.
