Default Do you think this truck has a lift?

I bought this truck for my friend, she is paying notes . I realized after selling it to her, I think it has a 2-3' lift? What do ya think?

She has probably a 2" lift. Someone has to have changed the coils, if they were facory they would be sitting a good inch lower then new.
