Default Driver Side Fog Lamp Replacement Problem

Hello everyone. I have a 2000 Disco II and ran into some trouble today when I tried to replace the driverside fog lamp. I cant get to the screws which are attached to the top of the light since this huge windsheild washer fluid balast is in the way. I have no clue what to do since I dont know how to remove the balast. I thought maybe take off the front bumper but I dont think that will work since the light is not attached to it. The passenger side light is very easy to remove since there is nothing in the way. You guys have any ideas before I bite the bullet and take it into the dealer. Thanks for your help.

You have to remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir. I wish I could guide you step by step on how to remove it but I simply remember having to take it out. Good luck.

Hmm...I remember taking off my bumper with very little problem, i think there was 4 bolts holding it on, and some various screws around various places...and then the fogs were attached with 4 bolts to the lights...

See if these help any...

Good luck...

Thanks for the help. Just finished the replacement. Would have never been able to do it without knowing to take off the front bumper assembly.
