Driver Side Seat - Land Rovers Only

I'm having problems with my driver side seat. For some reason it doesn't want to stay locked in position and will rock forwards and backwards if the weight is shifted.

I looked at it underneath and felt around and didn't see any visual problem with the seat being loose.

The seat will adjust without a problem, but if I lean too far forward it will fall flat.

Has anyone had this problem before?

This is for an 01 Discovery II.

A rocking chair for a seat is not the best option in a Land Rover.

I'm thinking possibly a inner gear went bad or a motor isn't staying locked.

It's that long bar in the front portion of the seat that moves up and down and connects to both sides.

It doesn't want to stay locked.
