DRivers Seat Mod ? - Land Rovers Only

Does anybody have any info on adjusting moding the drivers seat to get it to go back further? Before I rip it out and take a welder to it I thought someone else may have a "trick" or 2 I'm un-aware of?

I'm a little over 6'2" and after 2 hours in the seat I can barely walk when I get out, as I can't straighten my legs out at all?

There was a post about moding the seat with instructions, it was either on here or landroverforums.com. Try a search, but I remember it had instructions and pics on how to do the seats.
