No. The fog light wiring will not be able to cope with the current required to light your driving lights. If you want to use the fog light switch to turn both on, you will need to upgrade the wiring gauge and relay.

You'll be JUST fine as long as they use the same wattage bulbs. It doesn't matter one bit if they are driving or fog lamps, that is the lens, not the bulb. If you stick with the 55W bulb that is in most driving lights, you'll be 100% okay with the factory wiring since your factory fogs have the same bulb in them to begin with.

I agree w/ 02disco, but you have to keep in mind:
The fogs are such that they only function on low beam, so its not even worth using them unless you are replacing them with other fog lights; (ie, Hella Micro DE's). You also have to have the lights turned on and the engine running; you might want to be able to run the lights independently of them. I suggest you buy a cruise control switch from EE ($27) or find one from a junkyard and use it to wire up some more powerfull 100w-130w hella rallye 4k's. Then when you press in they turn on, and when you press again they turn off.....its all nice and clean on your dash (because there is room for an extra cruise control button) and you can run it independenty of the engine, lights, etc.
