e-brake question - Land Rovers Only

I think I have a two-fold problem. E-brake pretty much useless, and oil dripping from e-brake drum. I think the output shaft seal on the transfer case is leaking and getting oil on the brake pads. What type of job is it to remove the e-brake and get at that seal?

It's not a bad job at all- throw the pads away and replace them. I'm sure you know that, but I've seen people try to use them over and it doesn't work.
