Engine Cuts Out (stutters) Momentarily

I have a 2003 Disco HSE, yesterday when accelerating to pass another car the engine stuttered, I was going up a slight hill, I pushed down on the gas again to see if it would repeat and i t did briefly, as soon as I let off the gas a little it ran normally, drove on the freeway about 12 miles and it did not repeat, it seems that it did this only when fully pressing down on the gas pedal. I called my indy Landrover mechanic and he mentioned the coil, any more ideas on what might be causing this would be appreciated, also if it is the coil any ideas what it might cost to replace?

no check engine lights on, it has 63,000 miles.

it sounds like eather a tps or the fuel pump both when mine went did that kinda thing check your fule presure first
