Exhaust leak causing tick noise

I have a ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the exhaust manifolds due to an exhaust leak.

Is it worth the risk to try to torque the bolts in an effort to silence the tick? I worry I may crack the manifold or break a bolt as they are rusted...

Anyone work through this issue?

most of the time the bolts break or the head shears off the bolt. is the leak at the head and manifold, or manifold and downpipe?

Nope, carefully remove the bolts and install a new gasket. The noise will go away and your performance may increase from a better air/fuel mixture.

The leak is at the heAd and manifold. I'll remove and will replace the gasket.

Hello. I have an 04 Disco. I have been experiencing the same noise. I replaced the exhaust manifold gasket today (2 pieces) torked the bolts to spec and the noise is still there. It's louder when cold and also louder under acceleration. I can't see any visible leaks or cracks on the down pipe. Could it be the SAI? Thanks for your help in advance.
