need to extend sensor wires for a 3 inch lift?

Yes, you will need to buy the ABS extensions as well as the brake lines if you haven't done that yet. You will also need things like the modified watts linkage, new radius arms, drive shafts, a spacer to keep the front drive shaft from being hit and some rear shock relocater mounts and new shocks.
You might want to go read the Information at RTE on what is needed.
