Default Fault code P0734

The 3 Amigos are showing periodically on dash.. My Code reader only shows a stored code of P0734 (32) gear ratio incorrect and details read "Ratio monitoring implausible 3rd gear ratio with no apparent effect." Where do I go with this info. Do the two have any relation?

734 is not causing the 3 amigos to come on. On your 3 amigos, have your brakes been squeaking? If you try a panic stop from 30 MPH can you feel the ABS pulsate thru you brake pedal?
Are you running a K&N air filter, that is one of the biggest reasons for your 734 code, all going back to the beginning of a bad MAF. Have you noticed your tranny hunting around when trying to shift from 3rd. to 4th.?

ABS does engage when needed, only use LR OEM air filters, But in fact the front brakes are squealing.

So there is your ABS problem, the system does not like squeaking brakes. Get them replaced and you can then have someone scan and clear the ABS codes, the 734 will still need to be delt with. Do you not change your air filter or are you using a K&N air filter?
