Default FLUID help

Hey again, thanks for all the help last time on the coolent leak.
but now i'm going to tackle a service. the only problem i'm having is trying to find fluids, ei. trans and gear. is mobil 1 synt trams fluid good for the the tranny, and what to use in the diffs and transfer? i think it was stated 75w90?? what brand and weight? oh and i guess it's important to know that i have a 2000 disco2 with 122000 km. no upgrades as of yet but working on it.
one more thing i want to build my own bumbers, i would just like to know how hard/easy it is. metal work is not a problem with me, been doing it since i was young, and has anyone ever made bumpers out of aluminum? i work at a place the makes it so i have a limitless supply. all i'm worried about is the airbag sensor. pics would help. and thanks in advance everyone.

Don't waste your money on a synthetic tranny fluid cause you can only drin half of the old fluid out leaving about 6 quarts of dirty fluid in the top of the tranny. Use a good quality Dextron like Vavoline's Extended mileage fluid, you'll need 6 quarts.
DOT 4 brake fluid flush will take 3 pints.
1 Quart of power steering fluid, not atf for the steering.
Your 75W/90 gear oil should be a synthetic, 7 quarts, for the 2 diffs and the t/case.
As for the engine buy whatever works for you but get a good oil filter like a Mobil1-301 or a K&N 3001. Factory air filters are best.
On the air bag sensor, don't worry about them, don't anchor the bumper to the crush cans but directly to the frame.
If you want to see picture of what we built for my truck, send me your e-mail for some pictures.
