Default Fog Light Doesn't Go On

I recently noticed my right side front fog light wasn't working, but left side was.

When I took it to the dealer to get an air suspension problem fixed, I told them to see what was wrong with the fog light, maybe just the bulb, but they told me it wasn't the bulb but the whole light fixture thing, they said it might've gotten messed up because water or something got into it, but how does that happen, don't Rovers go in deep waters and I'm sure it's not supposed to mess up.

Also, my other fog light that was working before isn't now, it lights up but it looks like the bulb like fell out to the side and not inside the fixture like it should be, but I'll have to try and take it out and check it. But yea any idea on the messed up fog light?

Try replacing the bulbs on both side, if they still don't work then test to make sure you have power to the fog lights when your head lights are on low beam.

Use a test probe and probe the wires to check for power.
Low beams, the standard low head lights, not high beams.
