headlight conversion - Land Rovers Only

i've got an '01 SE7, and i was wondering what it would take to convert the headlights over to the '03 or '04 rover style lights....it's obvious that there may be some cutting involved with the grill and fillers under the lights, but is there a big difference in the wiring of the lights?..
--mounting info?
--electrical info?
--any ideas would be helpful

There is a lot of info on this site that has been through this conversion.
Use Search and you will even find a some sequence photos.
