A friend of mine asked me if the Series II LR could be fitted with the headlights of the 2003 LR, or should i say the newer design headlamps.
I think the newer lights look great but i don't know if they could be fitted. Thanks Gate7 |

The headlight conversion is a relatively simple job to do, though not cheap!!
Modifications to the backplate behind the headlamp are necessary, and changes to the wiring loom also required, by way of a special connector that fits into the back of the headlight. All instructions to do the job are available on a cd currently being advertised on the British Ebay site, and they will post worldwide. If you need any help in tracing such, let me know? The following website might be of some help... www.td5alive.com Hope this is of help. Regards Last edited by discoV8nut : 05-06-2006 at 06:45 AM. |
