Default heads done...now a coolant leak of sorts

2000 DISCO II - I just had my heads done. I took it for a few short romps, no overheating or gauge rising. The first two rides were 8 miles RT, no problems; the last ride was about 18 miles RT, no problems or so I thought. And yes, it was making that gurgling under the dash noise that we are all too familiar with. After being away over the 4th, I returned to a huge puddle of water under the car. What could this be? Water pump, throttle body/plastic hose, fan, or what? Thanks!

It might be a coolant leak. Or maybe a dog pissed underneath it. Maybe you could actually go and look.

Silly hound, my husband is doing just that! I am simply making my own queries. You are a funny dog.

You're making your husband do it? Women belong on their backs. You should be doing it.

Wow, out of all the coolant leak threads, this one's the best!

Have you crawled under to find what is leaking and from where?
Did you do the head gaskets? If not take the truck back to your mechanic.

Some naughty folks...and of course, I am very attractive...lol! And yes, when he took the beastly truck apart, I played assistant, so now I know all the weird differences between a Rover and a regular car - what a trip. How lucky for me. Anyway, whomever suggested a hose clamp connected to the throttle body, they were right. My husband figured it on his own; he always does. Thanks all!
