Hill Descent not working - Land Rovers Only

The hill descent does not seem to be working in my 99 series II. In low range, press the button, makes a chime noise, but light on dash does not come on. Nothing happens when descending hill. The dash light lights up when key-on cycle.

So, if your HDL doesn't work when your t/case is in low, you need to have some shop scan and see what is wrong.
