I think the horn button is an issue on the DII. At least on the '01. I experienced the systematic spontaneous dismantlement and subsequent jettison of my horn buttons a while back. The little legs get worn or break off and there is not a good way to fix them. I wound up buying a whole new horn "kit" from the dealer ($140 ish) and just using the new buttons. They still don't like to stay in place well. I tried crimping the springs down a bit to reduce the outward force on the buttons...helped a little. It is a bit of a nuisance. Wish I had a better solution.
