Default I think I need a new fan clutch

As I was getting my yearly LR computer test done on my Disco II on Saturday (everything seems to be working fine after computer check was done) the mechanics at the shop said that the shuttering noise of the fan or windding down noise of the fan when I turned off the engine means that my fan clutch is about to fail. We checked the fan and it seems not to be loose, it has some resistance when we moved the fan side to side and it was not loose when we tried to move it back and forward. We tested everything, and it's cooling properly when at idle or in traffic, It has always made that sound when I turned off the engine since I got the Disco. And it has never over heated. But I don't want to take any chances. Where can I find a good replacement fan clutch for a good deal. The shop wanted $300+ for an original LR fan clutch that price did not seem right. And the ones at AB are $230.

Guys thank's for the info but, do I need a fan for an RRC or will it work with the fan of my Disco II 99. Since the RRC fan has eleven blades and the disco II has 9 blades.

I think I got it or correct me if I am wrong, but the correct Fan Clutch for a Disco II is part # 2991 Hayden Fan Clutch,

So the noise the fan makes when turning off the engine is normal?
