Every now and then I have trouble with my ignition key in the barrel, it goes in then won’t turn. It’s as if the key is jammed. I’ve tried my spare key when this happens but it’s the same, I thought my key was getting warn at first. If I play around with it for a while I do get it to turn and it starts. This has happened may be 4 times in the last two years. Does anyone have a solution or know what may be wrong or starting to go wrong.
Many thanks Dicofacelift |

Are your front wheels locked up against a curb when theis happens? If so, turn your steering wheel to help unlock it so the key will turn.
Sometimes this will happen and if you get in the habit of giving the steerin wheel a slight turn to the left as you turn the key it may solve your problem. Mike |
