Default IM Back! few problems found

ok well it has been awhile for those that know me. Rover been wonderful over the last year or so i have been away but, have ran into a kink or two. I have a hose that is leaking radiator fluid. Sounds easy enough but, this hose runs behind the starter i believe (not a mechanic lol) and down into the block. So one of two things have to come off, either starter or manifold. Starter has a belt on it so dont know if i want to mess with belts and what not. Manifold doesnt seem much easier either but may have to go that route. Any tips on this. It is the left small hose around 1/2" (dont know metric equiv) that runs into a aluminum box on the right side of the manifold area but not attached to manifold. the hose is a S shaped hose that runs into the middle of the block area on the manifold.

ok few corrections. Its not behind the starter but behind the piece next to the starter on the right. Manifold looks easier to remove as long as it will slide back an inch or two by just removing bolts to manifold. 2nd the hose connects into the air intake where it attaches to manifold. It is the left small hose. Any tips appreciated.

The starter is not a belt driven component, could you be confusing it with the A/C compressor?
The leak you have sounds like the throttle body heater. Doing a search with "throttle body heater" should get you pointed in the right direction

Take it to the shop before you hurt yourself.

i think it was this. The hose was cut and refitted with new clamp but that was not the problem. Below the throttle body was a little square peice that had the hoses going in. It is two pieces. It was squirting out from the seal. So i applied some thermo steel which is high pressure high temp compound weld to the area. Should fix the problem.
