Default Info on Shocker needed

Hi All,
The mechanic told me after my last service that i should start looking for some shockers as the rear ones are starting to go.
Now, I do normal driving, and I also take it hunting up the mountains, nothing too serious or extreme.

I know nothing about shockers or the type i should be buying to accomodate my driving.
Any info would be appreciated.

Install a set of HD Old Man Emu shocks and you will be set for life.
Do not use their standard duty, go heavy duty.

Does it matter if you have the SLS - are the shock models the same?

Thanks Disco,
mine does have Ace also which is what i forgot to mention, so i'm glad you mentioned ace.

Would the heavy duty shockers give any extra height? or it makes no difference?

Just had a look at old man emu Disco, there's the LTR Shock Absorbers and the nitrocharger shockers. Which ones where you reffering to?

Sorry to be a pain man.

Shocks won't change the height.
As for the shocks, you want the 107's and 108's along with a new steering stabilizer.
