installing new speakers plz help!

hello all,

could any one tell me how to remove the front two pillars next to the windshiled with the tweeters without breaking anything? also, what is the easiest way to change the door speakers out? (what size do the door speakers (lower) need to be?) thanks! -nick

First of all, what year is your Disco.?

As for the pillars, pry along the edges VERY carefully and they should come out... The speakers in the doors are a 6 1/2". I think the grills just come off ith some prying, otherwise you have to remove the door interior panel.

You should maybe look at crutchfield.com for some equipment and help...
