Interior lights not working

Any help would be appreciated.

I have an 01 DII and none of the three interior cabin lights come on with the switch or with any of the doors. The glove box light works when the headlights or running lights are on. The light around the ignition works, as do all of the lights on the dash.

I have removed the lights and put power to them to see that the bulbs are good and the switches work and all did. I have checked all fuses in the dash and in the engine compartment.

Does anyone know if the interior lights share a ground or a relay?

P.S. I have a mag light in the door, but the wife doesn't think that qualifies as interior lights.

I have been scouring the RAVE manual and electrical diagrams. I have found some things to check, but do not know where to find them. There is a small diagram of header and earth point locations in the RAVE, but it does not have the ones that I am looking for. Does anyone know where to locate header 0723, 0291, and 0289?
