Default Ipf H4 Wiring Harness

Is the IPF H4 wiring harness universal? I have been dissapointed with my low beam performance and wanted to give this a try, and then add some IPF higher wattage bulbs. I did not want to High Jack the Thread in the RRC section.

The '03-'04 Disco's use H4 bulbs for low beams and H7 bulbs for high beams? The high beams seem to be effcient but the low beams aren't very impressive, even after swithcing to Silverstars. I have a stock H4 in and a Sliverstar in at the moment because one of the Silverstars blew. You can definitely pick out the stock beam.

I ask if its universial because AB has the IPF wiring harness for $109 and other places have it for around $89. If they are not Rover specific then I'll go with the cheaper one.

No response necessary. I just double checked the manual and both bulbs should be H7.
