Question Land Rover Service in Charlotte, NC??

Has anyone found a reliable mechanic for Land Rovers in Charlotte, NC other than the dealer?

Glad to see some more fellow Charlotteans here. I havn't found many independant's in charlotte, but I love and trust MBV. They're located off South Blvd near S. Tryon street I believe, their phone # is 704-561-0050. They have a very well trained LR specialist(trained in the UK at the LR training place) and, on average, charge about half what the stealership charges. They're quick and reliable. Definatly give them a call for your LR needs. I've been nothing but satisfied.

Nothing special, just a 2000 Discovery II. Purchased used over a year ago. No real problems until the 3 amingo light (ABS, TC, DHC) came on. $1700 later the local dealer corrected the problem. That is a lot of cash for basically a brake job and scensor. Really would like an alternative repair shop. I have used MBV on older Volvo. Thanks for the wholehearted support of them.
