If I were to buy these

BLANKING PLUG WASHER JET HOLE IN BUMPER | Land Rover Parts

Headlight washer filler caps, what other steps would I need to take to de-activate the headlamp washers? Is there a seperate fuse? Right now one of mine is broke (the hose came undone) I imigine that every 3rd time I pull the washer it just leaks washer fluid down my front bumper. Any ideas?

Check for power to the pump, draian the bottle and rinse all the scale out and blow out the line. May need to use a very fine needle to unplug the jet.
